Welcome Maria Giron 〰️

With over seven years of hands-on production experience, Maria Giron transitioned to freelance as a production consultant and founded Bidding Visuals. Bidding Visuals focuses on developing production crew members' skills in script breaking, bidding, and tax rebate tendering for VFX and Animation.

Outside of being a founder, she has partnered up with visual effects studio Planet X in the Netherlands as Head of Production Strategy, is currently supporting HETV line producers and indie directors in the UK with script breaks and budget calculations for VFX, as well as freelancing as Producer for a media company in Spain.

Throughout her career, she has had a passion for career development. She is excited to join UpliftUs, to amplify the voices of the Spanish and German-speaking communities and support the creation of safe work environments while achieving personal and professional goals.
